Possible Defective Power Supply

How do I get a replacement power supply. The one that shipped with the Savvius appliance appears to be dead.

If you have conclusively determined that the PSU is at fault, please let us know the serial number of your Insight and your shipping address and we will be glad to send you a new power supply for your unit.
